TITLE OF SALE
All alcoholic beverages are deemed to be sold in Florida and title passes to the buyer in the State of Florida. Therefore, 7% Florida sales tax will be charged on all orders. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of the State of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage with our contracted common carrier to deliver your order to you. Intercoastal Wine Company will sell wine and contract with common carrier for delivery. Our contracted carrier will deliver wiine and require a signature from a person of legal drinking age (21 years old minimum) prior to completing delivery. By placing an order you are affirming you are of legal drinking age.

Intercoastal Wine assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather conditions during transport or for delayed delivery. Be mindful of weather conditions such as extreme heat when you select delivery method. We are a certified UPS shipper.
